Use Google to search for solutions to your problem.

Search tips

Include the name of the application or version of Windows (e.g. "Windows XP") to limit the search results to ones that are relevant.
Include any part of an error message that may identify the problem (e.g. "Runtime error 208", "0x00341527").
Include any filename referenced in an error message (e.g. MSVCRT.DLL).
Include part of the exact wording of the error message, using quotes so that it is treated as a phrase, not separate words.
Perform several searches using alternative words to describe the problem (e.g. boot-up, startup).
